TEC’s Principal Traffic Engineer, Robert Zaitooni, PE, PTOE; specializes in a wide-range of traffic engineering topics and works directly with the  clients on each work assignment.

Mr. Zaitooni is a professional traffic engineer and  has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and over 40 years of well-rounded experience in traffic engineering & operations, in public & private sectors. He is knowledgeable in all current standards in all states where he is licensed to practice.

Mr. Zaitooni is a registered professional engineer (PE), and a certified PTOE.  A list of PE licenses include FL, AL, GA, LA, TX, MS, TN, CO, AZ, NV, WA, VA, MD, PA, DC, NY, NJ, CT.  He is also a Fellow in ITE (FITE) and a member of the Arizona & Florida Sections of  ITE.


Design & Production

TEC also employees traffic data collection experts, designers & CAD operator; to work under the direction of the professional engineers, to meet the needs of each assignment.
